How do I add my business?

Go to Add Your Business, choose a plan and fill in your details. Basic is free and stays free. Your listing goes to our team for review and appears once approved. We check every new listing against the rules in How a venue gets listed. Search the directory first. We build listings from public information, so yours may already be there. If it is, claim it rather than creating a duplicate.

My business is already listed. How do I claim it?

We build listings from public information so diners can find you. To claim yours, open the listing, choose Claim This Listing, create a free account and confirm your email address. We then verify that you are the owner or an authorised representative of the business, either by an email from your business’s own domain or by a document showing the business name. Once we approve it, the listing moves to your account. Claiming is free and doesn’t put you on a paid plan. Your changes go through a quick admin review before they appear.

What's the difference between Basic, Premium and Growth?

Basic is free, permanently, and not a trial: business details, one photo, categories, customer reviews and basic analytics. Premium is $29 a month, or $290 a year, which is two months free: sponsored placement and priority in search, up to 20 photos, menu upload, deals, detailed analytics and replies to reviews. Growth is a custom marketing package built around your venue, with no set price. It's by appointment: book a call with our partnerships team from the Add Your Business page and the package and price are agreed on the call. You can upgrade from your dashboard at any time.

How long does approval take?

New listings and edits are usually reviewed within 1–2 business days, and we'll email you when yours goes live. Halal verification is reviewed separately and can take longer if we need to confirm a certificate with the certifier.

How many photos can I upload?

Basic includes one photo. Premium includes up to 20. Upload the best quality images you have, and we optimise them automatically. Real photos of your food and venue beat stock imagery.

Can I respond to reviews?

Yes, on Premium. Your reply appears publicly under the review. Keep it short and factual: a calm reply to a poor review does more for your reputation than the review costs you. Any vendor, including Basic, can report a review that breaches our guidelines.
